The Ubiquitous Dragon is a master of the most esoteric arts known to man. Through the use of Ley lines and the ancient science of Feng Shui. He has created a series of installations that grant certain powers to his minions. Each of these chambers may be used only once per lunar cycle.
Each installation is a large octagonal room with an octagonal dais in the center made entirely of brass. At each point of the dais, there is a carved jade pillar, which has an opening in the top for incense to burn. Each room is painted with a mural that is symbolic of the type of chamber it is. Each Chamber has a jade throne at its center with doorknob sized spheres placed at each of the chakra points. (making it kind of uncomfortable to sit in.) A lever must be pulled in order to allow sunlight into the chamber which triggers its powers.The chambers are as follows:
Spring:
This chamber is painted with bright blues and greens in its mural. When a person is seated in the chair and the incense is burned and the lever is pulled the chamber comes alive with eldritch energy and can direct the energy into the person seated on the throne. The Spring Chamber can inspire non-inspired individuals if they can garner a single success on a straight stamina roll. The user also suffers 7 levels of bashing damage. (which may be soaked) If the person seated on the throne does not make his stamina roll (against a +1 diff) then the damage is doubled and he cannot ever benefit from this chamber again. If he botches, The damage is trebled and, assuming he somehow survives, cannot ever become inspired. Inspired individuals gain no advantage from this chamber but they aren't harmed by it either.

This effect lasts for about a year and can be applied to the inspired and non-inspired as well. this has the happy effect of extending the life spans of particularly useful minions of the Dragon.

The mural for this chamber is done in orange and gold. This chamber only affects Inspired individuals. If the player makes a stamina roll, then his character is gifted with an increase of Destructive inspiration. For the turn of a lunar cycle, the user will have a temporary destructive facet of 5 (with all the benefits this implies.) Those who fail the roll suffer lethal damage equivalent to the amount of Destructive inspiration they would have gained. If they botch the roll, they receive the same but will not be allowed to soak any of the damage.
This Chamber is secreted beneath a Woolworth's in Passaic, New Jersey.

The mural for this chamber is blue and white. Those who make use of this chamber gain the Stalwart Knack Body of Bronze for a number of months equal to their successes on a Stamina+Martial Arts roll. Those who botch the roll are killed instantly (Barring dramatic editing)
